Dilawri Group in Ontario is looking for a Junior Service Advisor/ Coordinator to join the team at our Bolton Toyota location.
Pay Rate: $20-22/Hour
Responsibilities
Greet customers, understand their service needs, and assist with booking appointments
Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails while providing professional customer service
Proactively contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, services, and appointments
Assist Service Advisors with repair orders, customer updates, and coordinating vehicle service
Communicate service recommendations and maintenance requirements clearly to customers
Build strong relationships with customers and dealership teams
Meet quality and performance benchmarks while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service, administrative, BDC, or automotive experience
Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset
Strong customer service mindset with excellent written, phone, and digital communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems and software
High school diploma or equivalent
