Junior Automotive Service Advisor Position

In this role, you will partner with the Dilawri team to assist customers with their service needs at our Bolton Toyota dealership. The Junior Service Advisor/Coordinator will focus on enhancing customer experiences by effectively managing appointments and communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify their service needs

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, texts, and emails

• Proactively update clients on their vehicle servicing

• Assist with coordination of vehicle repair orders

• Clearly communicate service requirements to customers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service or relevant experience

• Automotive dealership experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Organized and professional in a fast-paced setting

• High school diploma or equivalent
