As a Customer Care Administrator, you will drive the order to cash process, manage customer billing, and support Sales and Operations through accurate order management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks for concrete and scaffolding projects

• Input orders and contract details into ERP accurately

• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering for customer order management

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years in customer service or administrative roles
