Lead the Customer Service team at Titanium Transportation Group, ensuring excellence in service delivery to clients. This hands-on management role requires strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will report to the Customer Development & Pricing Manager and oversee day-to-day operations. This includes coaching Customer Service Representatives, addressing escalated inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction standards. Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives
• Manage daily customer service operations and communication
• Handle complex customer inquiries and service failures
• Build strong relationships through effective issue resolution
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in logistics
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of transportation operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of TMW or similar systems
