Structural Designer

• Develop structural designs for custom signs, way finding systems, and architectural elements
• Transform creative concepts into practical, fabrication‑ready solutions
• Create detailed drawings and documentation for manufacturing and installation
• Design layouts for lighting, power supplies, and electrical components
• Select and calculate materials including aluminum, acrylic, steel, LED, and electrical components
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and fabricators throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and solve design challenges before they become production issues
• Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas that enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation
• Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to internal quality standards

• Experience creating detailed technical drawings and production‑ready designs
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design software and technologies
• Strong understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to visualize how concepts translate into finished products
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the signage, architectural, manufacturing, construction, or related industries is considered an asset
