Position: Elementary Teacher for Montessori School
Headwater Hills Montessori School in Caledon is hiring a committed Elementary Teacher for a full-time maternity leave role starting September 2025. Inspire creativity and growth in a nurturing environment.

Our school, situated amidst beautiful natural landscapes, seeks an educator with a 6-9 or 6-12 Montessori diploma from a recognized MACTE or AMI training program. This role emphasizes a commitment to ongoing learning and supporting students in realizing their full potential. With approximately 60 students, you'll have the chance to create engaging lessons that blend Montessori philosophies with outdoor exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor students in personal and academic development

• Utilize outdoor spaces for curriculum-related activities

• Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom

• Create and implement student-centered lesson plans

• Engage actively with the school community and parents

Requirements:

• MACTE or AMI accredited Montessori diploma required
