Project Manager - Capital Projects

Drive project delivery for capital inspections in Caledon as a Project Manager. Your expertise in municipal engineering will ensure quality and compliance for numerous construction initiatives.

This role reports to the Engineering Capital Manager and involves daily site inspections and oversight of capital projects. You will ensure that work meets established standards and coordinate seamlessly with various stakeholders, including residents and contractors. A detail-oriented approach will support your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and report on construction compliance with standards

• Oversee contract administration and infrastructure inspections

• Lead inspections for roads, drainage, and stormwater facilities

• Develop all necessary documentation for project execution

• Monitor project risks, schedules, and budgets closely

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred

• 3-5 years of relevant municipal engineering experience

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

• Availability for flexible work hours, including after hours
