The Director will shape the Engineering Division, overseeing Development Engineering and Environmental Programs while collaborating with various stakeholders. With 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including 5-7 years in leadership, you will provide expert advice, foster partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions for evolving community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage Engineering Division operations
• Oversee budget preparation and administration
• Ensure compliance with Town standards and regulations
• Develop partnerships to enhance community services
• Lead technical studies and cost-effectiveness evaluations
Requirements:
• University Degree in Civil Engineering
• P.Eng registration with Professional Engineers of Ontario
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering
• 5-7 years of senior management experience
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives
