You will collaborate with sales teams and clients, applying your expertise in structural engineering and design to deliver optimal results. A significant part of your role will involve mentoring junior team members and overseeing their work, enhancing team efficiency and design quality.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop formwork and scaffolding solutions
- Create 2D and 3D assembly and fabrication drawings
- Prepare detailed presentations for customers
- Collaborate with sales for effective project execution
- Conduct site visits for technical support
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years in structural engineering
- 3+ years of AutoCAD experience
- Leadership experience in design teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
