Join the Town of Caledon as a Transportation Planning Project Manager. Manage master plans, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement activities effectively in this position.
We are looking for a motivated professional with over 5-7 years of experience in transportation planning. The applicant should hold a post-secondary degree in a related field and demonstrate expertise in leading complex projects. You'll coordinate consultations, review development applications, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project and policy adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee transportation planning initiatives and assessments
• Lead public consultation and engagement processes
• Ensure compliance with municipal and regional policies
• Prepare presentations and reports for decision-making bodies
• Work collaboratively with departments and community partners
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related area
• 5-7 years of experience in transportation planning
• PEO Step 4 or RPP certification required
• PMP certification considered an asset
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
