Position: Industrial Engineering Co-op at Mars
Location: Bolton

Support the Industrial Engineering team at Mars as a Co-op student in a collaborative role. Engage in data collection, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

At Mars, you will assist with cross-functional teams focusing on value stream performance and waste tracking. This Co-op role requires strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerBI. While not mandatory, previous manufacturing experience and knowledge of VBA are advantageous for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage continuous improvement ideas from initiation to completion

• Conduct time studies for various manufacturing processes

• Report on different manufacturing key performance indicators

• Develop visual representations of gathered data

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Engineering program

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus

• Familiarity with VBA coding is an asset
