Position: Co-op Opportunity in Industrial Engineering
Location: Bolton

Take on a Co-op role in Industrial Engineering at Mars, focusing on performance improvement and data analysis. Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

This position supports the IE Team by managing continuous improvement initiatives and tracking performance data. Candidates should be enrolled in an Engineering program, possess strong communication abilities, and have experience with Microsoft tools. Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a nice-to-have, as is previous coding experience with VBA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives targeting loss reduction

• Perform time studies on manufacturing processes

• Analyze and report on manufacturing KPIs

• Create visual representations for data insights

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Mechanical, Automation, or Chemical Engineering program

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerBI

• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial

• Prior knowledge of VBA coding is a plus
