Elevate your career as a Senior Mold Designer, focusing on unique multi-cavity molds with expertise in CAD detailing. Bring your passion for mold design and provide key support to manufacturing.
This role requires a skilled designer capable of independently creating plastic and silicon injection molds. You will handle all aspects of projects, including concept development, 3D modeling, and generating BOMs. Your expertise in ISO standards and adherence to GMP will ensure consistent quality in every aspect of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and detail plastic/silicon injection molds independently
• Create thorough BOMs and maintain library standards
• Communicate effectively with the manufacturing team
• Participate in R&D technical development meetings
• Ensure compliance with ISO and GMP procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of mold design experience
• Proficiency in Solid Works or similar software
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ANSI standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Mechanical Engineering diploma or equivalent experience
