Join Husky Technologies as a Test Engineering Technologist in Bolton, ON. Contribute your expertise in mechanical systems testing and troubleshooting for innovative product development every day.
This full-time role requires a strong focus on new product testing and optimization in the medical sector, including experience with materials like Bio Resins and rPET. You will play a pivotal role within the Innovation and Sustainability Team, working collaboratively on testing strategies and risk identification to enhance product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute system level testing for new products
• Support testing of innovative materials and applications
• Establish guidelines and pass/fail criteria for new applications
• Conduct risk identification during product development
• Oversee customer startups and product launch support
Requirements:
• BS in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science
• 5+ years in testing and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
• Experience in plastic processing and part quality optimization
• Familiar with medical molding processes and PET applications
• Strong skills in fluid power and electrical schematics
