At Husky Technologies, you'll use your expertise in injection molding to develop new tooling solutions. This role demands leadership in design processes and collaboration across disciplines, making it ideal for engineers with a rich background in product development. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts while creating impactful designs for various components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of tooling products from concept to execution

• Participate in cross-discipline communication for effective solutions

• Conduct design risk mitigation and FMEA analysis

• Build function block diagrams and CAD layouts as needed

• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• At least 10 years of industry design experience

• Specialized knowledge of injection molding and materials

• Advanced proficiency in CAD tools, especially Unigraphics

• Strong time management and organizational skills
