Facilities Compliance Supervisor Laboratories

Lead compliance and equipment maintenance at Caledon Laboratories as a Facilities and Compliance Supervisor. This hands-on role requires expertise in regulatory practices, equipment systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In this pivotal position, you will report to the Plant Manager and oversee operations to ensure all facilities and equipment meet compliance standards. Key skills include predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing Lean principles for efficiency. Your work will involve spending significant time on the manufacturing floor while contributing to compliance audits and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime

• Troubleshoot and analyze equipment issues for corrective actions

• Collaborate on repairs and modifications with vendors

• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation

• Create and interpret CAD drawings using Solid Edge or Altium

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 2+ years in production engineering or facility maintenance

• Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems

• Experience in 2D/3D CAD software

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
