Supporting the Production Manager and artist teams, you will work closely with Directors and Supervisors to ensure project success. With advanced Google Suite skills and animation industry experience, you’ll optimize workflows and maintain effective communication across departments. Being proactive will be crucial in identifying potential roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively collect and break down production assets

• Manage Shotgrid entries and task assignments

• Provide weekly updates and track artist progress

• Report scheduling issues immediately

• Support tech delivery and document processes

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Google Suite and animation tools

• Previous animation experience is essential

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
