We are looking for a seasoned Financial Leader with at least five years of financial analysis or managerial experience, ideally in a manufacturing or service environment. You'll ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting, and prepare monthly P&L reports for regional service levels. Your skills in financial modeling and analysis will support strategic initiatives with stakeholders in Finance and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete budgets and monthly forecasts for CSM levels

• Analyze actual financial results against forecasts

• Prepare and publish P&L reports for all levels

• Collaborate with IT to address financial integration issues

• Review and report on cost changes monthly

Requirements:

• 5+ years financial analysis or managerial experience

• CPA, CGA, CA, or CMA designation

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Experience with BaaN highly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
