We are looking for a high-impact Finance Manager FP&A to act as a
true business partner
to our Product Line leadership team.

This role sits at the heart of the business, providing
forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and driving performance across the business
. You will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling sustainable growth.

This is not a reporting role — it is a
decision-enabling role
, with full visibility across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, and Cash.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & Performance Steering

Act as the
finance lead for the Product Line
, partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team

Provide
clear insights on risks and opportunities
, influencing both strategic and operational decisions

Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with company strategy and financial targets

Drive accountability across the business for financial performance (Orders → Revenue → EBITDA → Cash)

Lead the
forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
for the Product Line

Deliver
accurate, timely and insightful analysis
versus Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year

Perform detailed
Price / Volume / Mix / Cost (PVM) analysis
with clear business storytelling

Develop
robust financial models and “what-if” scenarios
to support decision-making

Performance Insights & Decision Support

Translate complex data into
clear, actionable recommendations
for senior leadership

Develop and maintain
line-of-sight reporting on key top-line and profitability drivers

Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation actions

Support key strategic initiatives and transformation programs
