• Provide comprehensive homemaking services including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events.
• Administer personal care services following the care plan directives.
• Ensure emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety to the highest standard.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living tailored to their specific needs.
• Perform specialized procedures when trained and demonstrate current competency.
• Observe and document client conditions per company standards, promptly reporting any changes to supervisor or office.
• Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices.

• Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
• Ability to communicate in spoken and written English;
  French proficiency is an asset.
• Current knowledge of community care practices to provide high‑quality services.
• Physical ability to assist clients with movement and repositioning; able to lift 23 kg, squat, bend, stand, and reach.
• Reliable mode of transportation; driver’s licence and vehicle considered an asset.
• Clear Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
