Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive homemaking services including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
- Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events.
- Administer personal care services following the care plan directives.
- Ensure emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety to the highest standard.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living tailored to their specific needs.
- Perform specialized procedures when trained and demonstrate current competency.
- Observe and document client conditions per company standards, promptly reporting any changes to supervisor or office.
- Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices.

- Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English;
French proficiency is an asset. - Current knowledge of community care practices to provide high‑quality services.
- Physical ability to assist clients with movement and repositioning; able to lift 23 kg, squat, bend, stand, and reach.
- Reliable mode of transportation; driver’s licence and vehicle considered an asset.
- Clear Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
