Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT operations ensuring system performance and reliability
• Manage IT support for staff and volunteers

• Negotiate contracts and manage IT procurement costs
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of IT experience with a focus on management
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud services and networking
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication for non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
