In this position, you will serve as the main support contact for IT issues and challenges. Your responsibilities include configuring devices, maintaining IT inventory, and providing remote support. Diverse skills in hardware and software will be leveraged to enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support desktop environment for various users
• Diagnose problems with hardware and software efficiently
• Install security patches and software updates
• Maintain logs and document troubleshooting processes
• Collaborate with vendors on technological evaluations
Requirements:
• Diploma in relevant technology field
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred
• 3–5 years of desktop support experience
• Proficient in Windows and Linux environments
• Strong user communication and teamwork skills
