Location: Bolton
Step into a User Support Technician role at TDX Infrastructure Services in Bolton, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on troubleshooting and training users experiencing technical difficulties.
With 3 months to 1 year of experience or relevant certification, you will play a vital role in user support and incident management. Responsibilities include consulting manuals for solutions and maintaining problem logs for team reference. Your ability to set up equipment and provide hands-on training will enhance user operations significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve user issues related to computer systems
• Research solutions via technical documentation
• Train users and provide appropriate guidance
• Keep a detailed log of issues and procedures
• Setup equipment and ensure proper software installation
Requirements:
• 3 months to 1 year relevant experience
• Diploma or certificate in related fields
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to execute full-time shifts, 32-44 hours/week
