Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure store systems and networks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various IT issues

• Support changes during acquisitions and remodels
• Prepare reports on activities and customer status
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 4-6 years of IT and support experience
• Knowledge of Windows and networking principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Exploris systems preferred
