As the Fulfillment Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning, and play a pivotal role in shaping fulfillment strategies. Your focus will be on advancing S&OP processes, collaborating with brewers, and ensuring effective inventory management. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional partnership, and continuous improvement to boost network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion supplier‑facing S&OP processes and governance

• Build strategic relationships with brewers and suppliers

• Optimize national fulfillment strategies and inventory positioning

• Lead promotional planning and new product introductions

• Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks

Requirements:

• 8+ years in supply chain leadership roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field

• APICS or equivalent supply chain designation preferred

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen

• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools
