As a senior role, the Manager, Customer Supply Chain will oversee the Customer Business Review (C ) process and ensure seamless integration of demand, supply, and execution strategies. You will develop customer-facing plans, chair C  forums, and serve as the supply chain advisor to executive leadership, ensuring performance metrics drive transparency and trust within customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Customer Business Review cycle

• Chair and translate customer demand into actionable insights

• Establish C  governance and planning processes

• Deliver data-driven insights on customer performance and risks

• Govern customer supply chain KPIs and performance reporting

Requirements:

• 10+ years in supply chain leadership and governance

• Experience with Customer Business Reviews

• Proven track record in KPI management

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Knowledge of customer collaboration tools
