Manager of Customer Supply Chain Strategy

The Beer Store is seeking a Manager, Customer Supply Chain in Bolton, Ontario, to lead strategic initiatives within a hybrid work model. This senior position focuses on enhancing customer collaboration and driving supply chain efficiency.

As the Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will take charge of the Customer Business Review cycle, ensuring customer demands drive supply chain planning and execution. You will chair C  forums and work with key stakeholders to translate data into actionable strategies. Your leadership will help strengthen customer relationships and improve overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Customer Business Review cycle

• Chair meetings to align supply chain priorities

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks

• Analyze customer performance and risks for executives

• Ensure visibility for supply chain KPIs

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in supply chain strategy roles

• Experience leading Customer Business Reviews

• Proven ability in KPI scorecard management

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or similar

• Familiarity with planning software and tools
