Position: Experienced Operations Supervisor Needed

As Operations Supervisor, you will report to the Operations Manager and oversee the entire shift's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule work shifts to meet production targets

• Facilitate effective communication via shift briefings

• Assess task completion times with team staff

• Ensure priority shipments are managed efficiently

• Foster a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Five years distribution experience; 3PL preferred

• At least two years in a supervisory capacity

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems

• Proficient in relevant Microsoft software

• Strong attendance and punctuality record
