Join The Beer Store, where the Customer Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning. This senior position requires a blend of expertise in customer relations and supply chain management, shaping the organization’s customer-facing strategy. It involves leading Customer Business Reviews and fostering collaboration among retail customers for optimal service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Customer Business Review (C ) cycle

• Chair C  forums to translate demand and supply effectively

• Establish governance frameworks for cross-functional alignment

• Serve as primary supply chain advisor to leadership

• Own performance reporting for customer supply chain KPIs

Requirements:

• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience

• Deep experience with implementing and leading CBRs

• Track record of KPI governance and performance metrics

• Relevant supply chain certifications preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
