Position: Manager of Fulfillment Operations at The Beer Store

Drive supply chain excellence as the Fulfillment Manager at The Beer Store in Bolton, Ontario. Lead a team to develop strategies that enhance supplier collaboration and inventory governance.

This full-time position requires a results-oriented leader reporting to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning. The role focuses on shaping fulfillment strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring operational effectiveness across The Beer Store's network. You will play a critical role in advancing S&OP processes, enhancing service levels, and creating accountability within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion supplier-facing S&OP processes and governance

• Align national fulfillment strategies with enterprise goals

• Build and manage strategic relationships with brewers and suppliers

• Optimize product availability and operational performance

• Lead enterprise inventory management strategies

Requirements:

• 8+ years in supply chain leadership roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field

• APICS or equivalent designation preferred

• Expertise in supply chain strategy and service performance

• Strong analytical and communication skills
