Manager of Demand Planning & Scheduling

Become the Demand Planning & Production Scheduling Manager at our dynamic food manufacturing company. This crucial role focuses on ensuring production schedules align with forecast accuracy and operational capabilities.

You will take charge of managing demand planning and master scheduling across all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with inventory strategy and capacity availability. Your deep analytical skills will enable you to present clear forecasts, assess risks, and optimize our planning systems for greater efficiency. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will help streamline operations and drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of demand forecasts and planning reviews

• Own master production scheduling across all sites

• Align schedules with capacity and production strategies

• Develop automated tools for planning efficiency

• Present monthly demand forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in demand and production planning

• Experience in master scheduling within a manufacturing context

• Strong S&OP exposure and analytical skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially MS Dynamics

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a relevant field
