Position: Yard Coordinator (Climate Control)

We are looking for a motivated individual with mechanical aptitude to join our professional team as a Yard Coordinator / Labourer at our Bolton Climate Control Division, ON branch.
Please note, to be considered for this position applicants should currently be residing in Canada and legally entitled to work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Wash / Clean equipment.Organize equipment in the warehouse (racking) / yard.Comfortable with using hand and power tools ( a grinder)Willing and able to follow company safety policies & work safe practices / procedures.Maintain clean physical facilities.Help loading and unloading equipment.Check equipment for damage upon return, report damage and receive / verify returned equipment.Always willing to offer a helping hand with your co-workers / customers.Testing & servicing of climate control equipment & accessories ( hoses, regulators, ducts, etc.. (training provided) )What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
Self-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment.G drivers license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points).Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Comfortable with computers & using cellphone applications.Must be able to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.Forklift experience an asset.Mechanical aptitude is an asset.Must be comfortable working in warehouse & outdoors.Excellent problem-solving & organization skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.Pride in what you do!We passionately believe that our inclusive and diverse team is key to the success of our business.
