Join the TRCA team as a Park Attendant, focusing on customer service and the upkeep of parks and trails. Engage visitors while ensuring the cleanliness and safety of landscapes and facilities.
This role requires a strong commitment to health and safety while performing maintenance tasks. As a Park Attendant, you will conduct grounds maintenance, clean various facilities, and provide exceptional service to park visitors. A valid Ontario Class G2 driver license is required to support operational duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic landscape maintenance and safety inspections
• Conduct general cleaning and garbage collection tasks
• Engage with visitors to enhance their park experience
• Process admissions and handle cash transactions accurately
• Report hazardous conditions to ensure safety
Requirements:
• Pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario Class G2 driver license
• Effective communication and conflict management skills
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work flexible shifts
