Location: Bolton
Join The Home Depot as a General Maintenance Associate, where your role will focus on facility upkeep and equipment management in a supportive distribution center environment.
Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring equipment functionality and maintaining cleanliness. You will handle battery operations, run cleaning machines, and assist with minor repairs while consistently following safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate floor scrubbers and corrugate balers
• Service and change batteries for material handling equipment
• Perform utility repairs and set up facility assets
• Ensure orderly conditions in your work area
• Report any necessary repairs or safety concerns
Requirements:
• Background in distribution or transportation preferred
• Forklift or walkie-rider operation experience is valuable
• Capacity to lift up to 69 pounds
• Able to work at heights of 36 feet
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Provide essential maintenance support that enhances The Home Depot's service delivery and efficiency.
