The OpportunityEvery project at Twilight is unique — but the way we deliver them shouldn’t be. This role is about creating structure in the chaos of custom work: aligning people, process, and performance so great ideas become great outcomes. You’ll oversee our Project Management team, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion while driving stronger communication, clearer accountability, and dependable execution across departments.
WhatYou’ll Do Lead and Develop the Project Management Team
- Provide hands‑on leadership, mentorship, and consistency for a team managing diverse custom signage projects.
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable with fairness and transparency.
- Coach and motivate PMs to take ownership and pride in their work.
- Refine and uphold workflows that promote efficiency, quality, and repeatable success.
- Oversee project delivery from kickoff to installation — ensuring timelines, budgets, and communication stay on track.
- Collaborate across departments to eliminate silos and reinforce shared accountability.
- Identify where systems break down and implement practical, sustainable improvements.
- Champion process consistency while adapting with agility to unique project needs.
- Report on performance metrics, wins, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with leadership or supervisory responsibility
- Experience in custom manufacturing, signage, or a project‑based environment where no two jobs are the same.
- A process‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to pivot when challenges arise.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — firm, fair, and forward‑thinking.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and planning
