About Return Pro
Retailers have spent decades perfecting the forward supply chain. Returns are the last unsolved frontier, and Return Pro is solving it. We built the first fully integrated, technology‑enabled reverse logistics and ReCommerce platform, unifying distribution, refurbishment, recovery analytics, and disposition strategy into one scalable network.
In the U.S. alone, returns represent an $850B annual challenge. They erode margins, disrupt logistics, damage customer experience, and generate enormous waste. Through our integrated solution spanning SaaS technology, reverse supply chain services, and recommerce, we turn returns from a cost center into a recovery engine. To date, we've diverted more than 100 million pounds of product from landfills, and we're just getting started.
This is not incremental improvement. This is redefining how retailers handle returns Return Pro, returns are a strategic advantage. We are consolidating and professionalizing this space with disciplined execution, data‑driven performance, and measurable results.
