As the Studio Manager, you will lead the management team while executing sales strategies that foster growth and promote health. This position requires an individual who excels in customer service and possesses strong leadership capabilities to mentor staff. You will create marketing plans and ensure seamless studio operations, all while maintaining a positive atmosphere for clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed all sales and operational financial targets
• Optimize programming to increase gross margins
• Develop a comprehensive annual marketing strategy
• Ensure adherence to studio practices and customer protocols
• Recruit and train new staff effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of sales leadership in health & fitness
• Personal Training Certification required
• Valid CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• 1+ years managing staff directly
