In this full-time role, you'll oversee a high-performing team of Advisors and Representatives at CIBC's Personal and Business Banking sector. Your responsibilities include developing client relationships, increasing business performance, and providing mentorship to your team. You'll leverage your leadership skills to foster accountability and ensure clients’ financial needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a dynamic team of banking professionals
• Monitor business performance and implement action plans

Requirements:
• Experience in financial services leadership
• Strong client-focused approach
• Proven ability in coaching and team development
• Accreditation for Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course)
• Comfortable working flexible hours across multiple locations
