Return Pro seeks a diligent General Manager to spearhead a comprehensive reverse logistics facility. This senior role demands extensive expertise in warehouse operations, effective team leadership, and P&L management. You’ll enhance client relations and integrate continuous improvement methodologies within all operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own daily and weekly operational plans for facility performance
• Set and attain operational goals based on KPIs and SLAs
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor productivity metrics
• Manage site budget and financial performance against plans
• Build strong client partnerships and conduct regular business reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 8+ years leading logistics and warehouse teams
• Proven track record in P&L ownership
• Six Sigma or lean operational training preferred
• Strong compliance knowledge regarding OSHA and safety standards
