Packaging Operator

This role will be a 12 hour rotation shift and comes with a 4% shift premium.

• Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above
• Excellent Written and Spoken English
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
• Mechanical background desirable but not essential
• The candidate must have hands-on experience, be ready to work hard, and stand for long periods.
• Candidate should be able to lift about 50 lbs.

• Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and escape any deviation from standard or plan
• Support peers in achieving highest safety, quality and efficiency standards throughout the packing hall
• Be responsible for the achievement of GMP/GHP packaging score
• Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard
• Actively participate in operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
