Mars Food seeks an experienced Shift Technician – Electrician to ensure the smooth operation of their manufacturing processes. With pay ranging from $49.00 to $54.00 per hour, you'll leverage your expertise in electrical systems, including AC/DC controls, PLCs, and troubleshooting. This role involves working rotating 12-hour shifts while executing maintenance tasks and documenting actions within the CMMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance in line with company standards

• Troubleshoot and repair various production machinery types

• Document all activities in the CMMS (SAP PM) system accurately

• Collaborate effectively with team members for maintenance operations

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and skill development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a certified Journeyman – 309A or 442A

• Skilled in PLC/HMI troubleshooting and VFD setups

• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP food safety protocols

• Strong computer skills related to maintenance management

• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork competencies
