Here at Mars we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to join our factory team as a Packaging Operator.

This role will be a 12 hour rotation shift and comes with a 4% Shift Premium.

Monday - Friday
Day

Shift: 7am - 7:30 pm
Night Shift: 7pm - 7:30 am

What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
Mechanical background desirable but not essential
Hands‑on experience, ready to work hard, and able to stand for long periods
Candidate able to lift about 50 lbs.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and raise any deviation from standard or plan
Support peers in achieving highest safety, quality and efficiency standards throughout the packing hall
Be responsible for the achievement of GMP/GHP packaging score
Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard
Actively participate in operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
