As a Packaging Operator at Mars, you will play a crucial role in maintaining packaging line efficiency and supporting high standards of safety and quality. This position requires a strong commitment to hands-on work and an ability to lift heavy items, ensuring that the packaging processes reach optimal performance levels while you grow your expertise and contribute to team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure packaging line operates efficiently according to standards
• Aid in achieving the highest safety and quality ratings
• Manage GMP/GHP packaging score responsibilities
• Follow cleaning protocols for equipment and work areas
• Engage in initiatives aimed at improving overall performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or equivalent
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience in an FMCG setting preferred
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous
• Must be able to lift about 50 lbs
