Position: Mars Packaging Line Operator Role

Join Mars as a Packaging Operator with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule and enhance your career. You'll play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of packaging lines while ensuring high safety standards.

The Packaging Operator position at Mars requires adherence to strict quality metrics and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have FMCG experience and can manage GMP/GHP packaging responsibilities. You will also follow cleaning protocols and be involved in initiatives to improve factory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain packaging line efficiency

• Support high safety and quality ratings

• Manage GMP/GHP packaging responsibilities

• Follow cleaning protocols for all equipment

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 5 GCSE Grade C or equivalent

• Strong proficiency in English

• Preferred FMCG experience

• Advantageous mechanical knowledge

• Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs
