As an Inventory Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our operations, maintaining inventory integrity and facilitating communication among logistics, production, and quality teams. You'll be responsible for daily inventory checks, SAP data validation, and cycle counting while leveraging your expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this detail-oriented position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate production using batch meal and kibble processing

• Conduct daily and monthly cycle counts of materials

• Participate in daily logistics meetings and production reviews

• Ensure compliance with cycle count inventory procedures

• Coordinate quality hold status verifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory control roles

• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts
