Position: 12-Hour Shift Packaging Operator at Mars
Location: Bolton

In this Packaging Operator role, you'll contribute to the efficient operation of packaging lines and support the highest standards of safety and quality didates with FMCG experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to excellence will thrive. You will follow safety protocols and engage in continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient operation of the packaging line

• Achieve top safety and quality ratings

• Oversee GMP/GHP packaging score responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas

• Actively engage in performance enhancing initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 GCSE Grade C or equivalent

• Proficient in both written and spoken English

• FMCG experience is preferred

• Mechanical knowledge is a plus

• Must be able to lift about 50 lbs
