Processing Plant Artisan at AB-InBev

As a Processing Plant Artisan, you will collaborate closely with the processing plant operator, ensuring optimal functionality of the pilot malting plant. Key tasks include performing preventative maintenance, operating production areas, and conducting quality checks. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing stoppages and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate micro-brewery and pilot malting plant according to standards

• Conduct quality checks and routine analyses in production

• Record waste and analyze trends to identify issues

• Complete short interval control documentation

• Respond swiftly to process interruptions

Requirements:

• N4 Electrical/Millwright Trade qualification

• Proficient in reading electrical schematics

• Valid driver's license

• PC literacy

• Experience in malting or brewing is a plus
