We're looking for an experienced Custom Metal Fabricator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in producing high-quality work.

• Fabricate and weld custom sign components, primarily using aluminum and other metals.
• Build and shape channel letters and custom sign structures.
• Interpret technical drawings and transform concepts into finished products.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to overcome fabrication challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Prepare materials for finishing and painting as required.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in metal fabrication and MIG welding (aluminum experience is a solid asset).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Pride in producing quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous sign industry experience is considered an asset.
