Position: General Labourer for Agricultural Operations
Contribute to essential agricultural tasks as a General Labourer. This role focuses on crop harvesting, grading produce, and maintaining work areas to ensure optimal farm productivity.

In this position, you will perform a variety of hands-on agricultural duties, including clearing debris, cutting crops, and sorting harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots. Your efforts will directly impact the quality and yield of fruits and vegetables by grading and packing them efficiently for market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear brush and debris from fields and work areas

• Cut and harvest agricultural crops on-site

• Sort and grade fruits and vegetables for market

• Pack produce into market-ready lots

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Requirements:

• Experience with farming or agricultural work preferred

• Ability to operate standard farm machinery

• Strong attention to detail in grading produce

• Capability to write basic daily progress reports

• Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
