Onsite Order Picker Operator Role

Become an Order Picker Operator at Grainger to ensure productivity in our warehouse. This onsite role focuses on accurate order fulfillment and machine operation to support our distribution efforts.

Grainger is hiring warehouse associates for various shifts, reporting to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager. You will engage in loading, unloading, sorting, and packing tasks using industrial machines. Your experience in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable as you ensure safety and efficiency while meeting company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete loading and unloading tasks safely

• Operate scanning equipment for order fulfillment

• Resolve discrepancies in order processing

• Follow lock out/tag out procedures for safety

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years in a physically active role

• Experience with industrial machines required

• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs

• Pass a pre-employment background check
